Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream is a Korean moisturiser for skin that feels stressed, red, dry or reactive. Developed under the brand's Pro Lab line and free from artificial fragrance, it is suitable for all skin types and makes a calm, comforting final step in any routine.

The name comes from its three ingredient groups. Three skin-clarifying ingredients (resveratrol, tannic acid and niacinamide) help refine the look of blemishes and uneven tone. Four nourishing ingredients (beta-glucan, hydrolysed hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP and sodium DNA) hydrate and support the moisture barrier. Five soothing ingredients drawn from green tea, tea tree and centella asiatica help calm the look of redness, alongside panthenol and prickly pear (opuntia) stem extract.
