This website is operated by DermaHive, based in  United Arab Emirates. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Products and information

We sell authentic skincare, body care, baby care, hair care and supplement products. We do our best to show product details, ingredients, photos and prices accurately. Packaging may vary from the photos when brands update their designs. Product information is for general guidance only and is not medical advice. Please read the label, do a patch test, and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether a product is right for you.

Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. We accept card payments and Cash on Delivery. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation. We may limit quantities per customer.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account and personal data

You are responsible for keeping your account details private. How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent allowed by UAE law, we are not responsible for any indirect loss arising from the use of products bought from us, including reactions from use against the label directions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
