Where we deliver

We deliver to all emirates in the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery: 25 AED.
• Free delivery on orders of 200 AED or more.

The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery is available. Please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

Delivery time and tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send you a confirmation with tracking details where available. If you have any question about your delivery, contact us by WhatsApp or phone on 0523540460.

Missed deliveries

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, as the courier will call before delivery. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody is available, the courier will try to contact you to arrange a new time.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our refund policy for details.
